Return Policy:

• At Light & Living, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours of receipt for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Products should be unused.

• To initiate a return, send an email to info@lightsandliving.com with your name, mobile number, and order number, and we'll arrange for a reverse pick-up.

• Return products with their original packaging including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual and invoices.

• But in case if pick-up isn't possible in your pin code, you must send the product back in its original packaging with attached labels and bills. Ensure proper packing for a successful return. We'll reimburse both the return amount and shipping costs.

• Light & Living will verify and check returned products to confirm their validity.

• Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

• The refund process will take 2-4 days once the returned item has been received at our warehouse.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it without question, and initiate a 100% refund upon receiving photos or videos of the item. If you're not satisfied with the product quality, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
