1. At Light & Living, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.

2.In the case of a damaged/broken piece, kindly email us with your order id and supporting pictures to info@lightsandliving.com within 48 hours of you receiving the product.

3.Once we receive your email request, we will send you the damaged part/s..

4. In case the entire product needs a change, we will send you a new piece..

5.In the case of non availability of the piece your refund for the same will be initiated once we receive & verify the damaged piece. Refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days..

6. Return of the damaged piece will only be accepted in original packing, invoice and should be in new condition.
